Heritage on the Garden

Millionaires, Mitigation, and Multiple Work Levels. Heritage on the Garden looks at the Boston Common, and has landscaped patios atop terraced roof sections. While it makes a great happy hour setting, it is hardly a nice work setting. The underlying roofs were the victim of a material failure that became a warranty claim. Given the influence of the ownership, the warrantor opted to honor the claim. So begins the roof replacement project, or was it a landscape project? A paver project? How about all of it! Tons of accessories crowned each terrace roof, and required selective removal, precision storing, and subsequent re-installation after the roof was replaced! Far & Away, this project proved the most challenging as physical, technical, social, and legal parameters clashed on a daily basis.
