31 Mass Ave cooper roofing

A high rise in need of high maintenance was 31 Massachusetts Ave. Years of neglect produced several leak issues within the building. The most prevailent issue being the oriel window bays, and the roofs atop the bays. In all fairness, the roofs were original from the early 1900's, but had seen better days. Replicating the original installation was all that was really needed; and we did just that. Why change a good thing? The new copper roofs will be good for another 100 years!
